I'm the 3rd owner, I believe and the issues below were present when I bought the camera but I only noticed after a couple of days of use :(

++ HONEST ISSUES - PLEASE READ ++
1. All camera settings reset when you take out the battery - even for only a few seconds
2. Command dial is not accurate. Sometimes you turn it left but the values for the setting go to the right and vice versa
3. Shutter button half-press is very sensitive. It auto-focuses even when you just touch the button.
Cosmetic issues
4. Small dots/marks on lens but it does not affect images at all. (see pic 8)
5. Super tiny fungus in viewfinder - hardly noticeable and does not affect image quality whatsoever (see pic 9)
5. Rubber for the thumb grip is coming loose - easily fixable (see pic 10)
The Fujifilm Repairs and Services guy says he can easily fix issues #2 and #3 but he's not sure about #1
